Cold forging
Our facilities are equipped with the latest multi-station headers (from 3 to 5 stations) to ensure high productivity, uniform grain structure, and better surface finish in our bolts & screws and other fastener assortments. Our multi-station bolt/part formers are equipped with multiple sensors for providing better quality products. The manufacturing range starts from M3 and goes until M27 in metric and 1/8 inch to 1-inch sizes in standard and special products respectively.
Hot forging
MFL caters to the diverse needs of its clients. Our hot forging facilities produce hot forged parts with diameters range extending up to 60mm and length range up to 600mm.

Thread rolling
Our thread rolling facilities, comprise of flat, circular and tri-roll thread rolling machines duly fitted with sensors to ensure that quality and correct geometry are delivered.

Our fasteners are subjected to various secondary operations such as turning, milling, centerless grinding, drilling etc. The company has various CNC(Computer Numerical Control), VMC(Vertical Machining Center), Single spindle turning machine and Centerless grinding for various products and applications.

Heat treatment
Heat treatment is a critical process in fasteners manufacturing and we offers the following in our facility.

- Case hardening
- Induction hardening.

Our state-of-the-art real time SCADA control lines along with our experienced manpower ensure the desired mechanical properties.

Our surface treatment facilities are aimed at corrosion prevention and to ensure the aesthetic appeal along with meeting the technical specifications. We offer the surface finishes confirming the ELV/ROHS norms. The online H2D(Hydrogen De-embrittlement) facility ensures that quality is never compromised at MFL.

Final inspection
MFL finished fasteners undergo a final inspection using visual/optical sorting/eddy current testing depending upon the customer specifications and arrangements agreed upon.
