The Team Leader / Assistant Manager – Export (International Sales) will lead the export team, manage international client relationships, oversee export operations,
and ensure timely product delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills to coordinate with multiple departments, drive business growth, and ensure
compliance with international trade regulations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the export team to ensure smooth operations across order processing, documentation, and compliance with international trade
regulations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key international clients to drive business and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement market-specific strategies to enhance export growth and expand the company’s international presence.
- Oversee customer orders, quotations, payments, and deliveries, ensuring efficient follow-ups and quick issue resolution.
- Manage customer complaints in coordination with the QA team to resolve issues swiftly.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts to senior management.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across internal teams to achieve organizational goals.
Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in export management or international business, with proven leadership in team management.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, trade regulations, and global market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in English.
- Experience in handling international sales processes and managing cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to Rohtak plants on a weekly basis.

Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – PPC (Production Planning & Control)

Job Overview
The Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – PPC will be responsible for managing production planning, ensuring efficient material movement, and maintaining
production schedules. This role includes data management, coordination with internal teams, and inventory control to support production processes
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Data Management for Production:
- Enter production reports for forging, secondary operations, heat treatment, surface finish, packing, and dispatch.
- Update data for committed items.
2. Material Movement & Inventory Control:
- Oversee interplant material movement and ensure accurate ERP data entry for material tracking.
- Maintain FIFO system and grade-wise storage for raw materials.
- Provide raw materials to forging machines (P1 & P3) as per the production plan.
- Coordinate with QA for material testing and provide raw material samples as needed.
3. Production Coordination:
- Communicate with PPC teams across plants (P1, P2, P3) for urgent material and production needs.
- Coordinate with vendors for annealing as per the forging plan.
4. Maintenance & Documentation:
- Ensure 5S maintenance across working areas across all three plants.
- Ensure proper documentation for all raw material transactions.
- Work closely with forging process owners to ensure all material requirements are met.

- Strong knowledge of production processes, ERP systems, and material tracking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage inventory and ensure production timelines are met.
