KK MOHINDRA FASTENINGS PRIVATE LIMITED

The Company has entered into a Joint Venture (JV) with Keller & Kalmbach Holding GmbH & Co. KG(KK), a Munich, Germany based company towards the end of 2021. These two companies have agreed to join their hands to meet the customers’ c-parts and fastening needs in India.

The JV Company viz KK Mohindra Fastenings Private Limited was incorporated on 24th November, 2021 and the same will be a subsidiary of KK and joint venture (associate) company of MFL.

The JV marks a major step forward in driving our supply chain, improving the reliability and offers a one stop solution enabling us to take care of procurement, optimization of customer’s material flow and everything else that lies in between.
