Pursuant to section 135 of Companies Act, 2013 and Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014, if any, as recommended by the CSR Committee in its meeting held on 10.02.2018 and also approved by Board of Director in its meeting dated 12.02.2018, a sum of Rs.14,05,567 (Rupees Fourteen Lakhs Five Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Seven only) for the FY 2017-18 be and is hereby contributed towards Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Fund to promote activities pursuing by Hans Vahini Shiksha Smiti, B-19, G.F., Swasthya Vihar, Delhi-110092 as covered in schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.
