Pursuant to section 135 of Companies Act, 2013 and Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014, if any, as recommended by the CSR Committee in its meeting held on 09.02.2017 and also approved by Board of Director in its meeting dated 10.02.2017, a sum of Rs. 13,38,373(approx.) (Rupees Thirteen Lakhs Thirty eight thousand three hundred seventy three only) for the FY 2016-17 be and is hereby contributed towards Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Fund to promote activities pursuing by UDAAR BHARTI, C-153, Surajmal Vihar, Delhi-110092 as covered in schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.
