Pursuant to section 135 of Companies Act, 2013 and Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014, if any, as recommended by the CSR Committee and also approved by Board of Director in its meeting dated 13.02.2016, a sum of Rs. 1260000/- (approx) be and is hereby contributed towards Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Fund in activities to be undertaken by the company as specified in schedule VII of the Act through “HR Education & Charitable Foundation”.
